Full Terms & Conditions:  

1. “No Tricks Just Treats” Halloween Campaign will run from 24th - 31st October 2022.
2. Customers who spends a minimum of RM200 within this period will be entitled to play the game. Standing a chance to win RM 100 e-voucher.
3. Customer who is eligible to play will receive an email confirmation link via email, also a message notification @www.bites.com.my, to play the game. Each customer can only play ONCE.
4. All vouchers received are valid to use until 13th November 2022.
5. All vouchers are single-use vouchers. The usage of multiple vouchers in a single transaction is not allowed.
6. The voucher will be deemed invalid when past the due validity period and if any changes are made in order details including but not limited to payment method, cancellation of order & changes in delivery or pick up time slot.
7. TFP Retail Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Village Grocer Holdings Sdn Bhd) reserves the right to amend any terms & conditions of this campaign without prior notice.
8. The Organizer reserve the right to substitute or replace the Vouchers offered in this campaign with other vouchers without prior notice.

9. Each participant shall only get one chance throughout the campaign period, irrespective of the number of orders collected or the amount of order value that is exceeded the minimum spending value collected by the Organizer. 
10. The final checkout amount must be above RM 200. Any additional payment or refund below RM 200 during & after the campaign period will be automatically disqualified from participating in this campaign. 
11. The organizers shall be entitled to amend, vary, delete or add to any of these campaign terms & conditions and/or substitute or replace the voucher offered in this campaign and/or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign at any time without prior notice. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants as a result of the above.
12. The Participants are advised to periodically check for updates of this Campaign’s Terms & Conditions at the Organizer’s or the Participating websites.
13. The Organizer’s decision is final. Complaints and Enquiries will not be entertained.

Entry Eligibility Details  

1. This campaign is open to all members from Bites Shop who have valid e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers are eligible to participate in the campaign. 
2. Purchase a minimum of spending RM 200 and above to entitle for one spin to get a voucher. 
3. Incomplete, inaccurate, and/or incorrect personal details will be disqualified. 
4. No further correspondence, queries, or appeals shall be entertained. 

Privacy Notice  

1. By participating in this campaign, the Participants give their consent to and authorize the Organizer to collect, store, use, and process their names, masked Identification Numbers (IC) and other particulars (“Personal Data”) for the purpose of running the Campaign, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the Participants at the Organizer’ website for advertising, publicity purposes and in any manner, it deems fit with no compensation. 

Declaration 

1. By my participation in this campaign, I hereby understand that my personal information will be processed for the purpose of this Campaign and to be used in the manner as described above.
